GENERAL
As each print is individually handled by the artist, subtle variations in lines and colour may appear between them, and your computer monitor may not necessarily capture the exact copy of the finished product on our website, though any differences are likely unnoticeable. Frames and other accessories found on the product page are for display purposes only and are not included when the prints are sold and shipped.
SHIPPING
Timeframe
Please allow 3 to 5 days for us to prepare and ship your order.
We use DHL and PostNL of the Netherlands for worldwide shipping.
- Netherlands: 1 to 3 days from the shipping date
- Europe: 5 to 10 days from the shipping date
- Outside Europe: approximately 14 business days
All shipments worldwide include track and trace in your order.
Cost
Shipping cost is separate and will be added to your total purchase.
Local Shipping : €3.16 (inc 21% btw) for postcards | €4.72 (inc 21% btw) for other prints | FREE shipping for orders above €60.00
International Shipping: €4.35 for postcards | €18.00 for other prints | FREE shipping for orders above €90.00
For international orders, please understand that as sellers we are not responsible for any customs duty or tax charged by your government on imported goods into your country, if applicable.
Shipping costs can be viewed on the Checkout page after you select the ‘Country’ under the Billing details.
Packing Materials
We ship our prints sealed in an archival crystal bag to ensure its longevity and protect it against light scratches and moisture. We do not roll the art prints but instead use only rigid, flat boxing.
PAYMENT
All prices mentioned on our website are Netherlands 21% VAT inclusive.
We accept payment via iDeal, credit card, PayPal account and bank transfer, using any currency. The checkout page optionally offers a sign-in with PayPal should you wish to use another payment method you have previously setup; otherwise, you may continue without sign-in during the PayPal credit card screen.
Return
When for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the item unused and in original packaging within 14 days after delivery. Please send us an email so we will know when to expect the package. The shipping costs for the return of the package will be yours. We will issue a refund as soon as we have received your package. Please note refund is not possible after the 14 day grace period expired.
